Symposium 2025

The 11th Annual Cycle Cities Symposium will be held in Marseille, France, from 3-5 February 2025!

Symposium is the annual meeting of Cycle Cities partner bike tour operators, and invited guests. Each year we hold Symposium in a different European city. Emmanuel, Helene and the team at Fadabike are looking forward to welcoming us in 2025.

Attending Symposium is important for bike tour operators. Sharing knowledge, strengthening connections and learning from experts allows us to return home with fresh ideas, business boosting resources, and a stronger network.

In 2025 we are having a STRATEGIC Symposium of maximum 60 persons, and are limiting round 1 tickets to 2 persons per company (Owner/Partner/Senior Manager only). In round 2 we will offer any unsold tickets so that larger companies can bring a third person if desired.

We are working on a jam-packed 3 day schedule.

The best connections happen face to face, and that’s why the Cycle Cities Symposium has grown into the world’s best event for bike tour owners and operators over the last 11 years. You will be surrounded by bike tour experts who do what you do, day in, day out. They are willing and eager to connect, share their experience, and learn from you as well.

We look forward to seeing you at Marseille 2025!

“First of all, it is so valuable to learn from your colleagues in other cities, to get to know them, to listen to what they struggle with, to understand why they make the decisions they make in their cities. Secondly, you might have an epiphany. Some things you have never thought about are suddenly so obvious. Thirdly, after the symposium, you will find it easier to reach out to other bike tour operators, because it's more comfortable talking to someone who's face you know.”
